Festival of the Hunter May 2008
Welcome to the Cropthorne and Evesham Vale Riding Club website.
CEVRC is based at Cleeve Prior near Bidford on Avon and welcomes both senior and junior members. The Club organises various social events, as well as Members' shows, a Hunter Trial and an Open Show. Dates of shows for the current year can be found on the events page. Membership forms and show schedules can be requested via the contact page.
9th June 2008: CHAMPION HUNTERS
At the recent National Riding Clubs' Festival of the Hunter, Laura Fiddes and Gaynor Brundle (pictured right) won their class and became 2008 Senior Pairs Champions. On the same day, Daisy Wheeler and Abi Stock also won their class and became Junior Pairs Champions. Christine Furness and Louise Davey (Seniors) also qualified to compete at the championships, but were unplaced; Issy Mangan (Junior) was 14th in the Open class. Well done everyone. A good start to the summer.
3rd June 2008: Hunter trial 8th June- Cancelled
The hunter trial on the 8th June has had to be cancelled due to the waterlogged ground. Hoping to re-schedule soon.
1st May 2008: 5th May Members Show
Unfortunately the members show on the 5th May has had to be cancelled due to the wet weather and bad ground conditions. Sorry for any inconvenience.
